House located in the village of Laparade, renowned for its "Marchés de Producteurs de Pays" and its breathtaking view over the Lot. You'll love taking the time to stroll through its 13th-century streets. The 3-storey gîte, opposite the church, has been completely renovated while retaining its original materials, cob and beams. On the ground floor, you enter the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, a laundry room and a separate toilet complete the level. The 1st floor features a living room with sofa and TV, a separate bedroom (2x80x200, convertible), a shower room and WC. Second floor: bedroom (2x80x200, closable) with en-suite shower room. Le Temple-sur-Lot, with its Templar Commandery, Latour Marliac water lily garden and renowned sports center, is 12 km away. Numerous walks in the vicinity. No smoking.
