Description
A new gourmet offering has arrived in the city center, featuring bistronomic cuisine with a Mediterranean twist in summer. Jean-Pierre Carrère, who has been in the business for thirty-five years, and his chef Maxime, who trained at a Michelin-starred restaurant, welcome you in a sober, chic atmosphere. The menu is simple and changes daily, with all produce freshly prepared on site. Among the tempting offerings are chipirons a la plancha and snail platters to share, as well as genuine Milanese veal escalope, tagliolini with squid ink and chorizo, penne with duck breast and morels, not to mention fresh salads, desserts and homemade ice creams.
