Description
The astronomical observatory is open to the public two Saturdays a month, according to our schedule.
On nights when it's impossible to observe the starry sky, we offer educational workshops.
For members, the observatory is available year-round.
On observation nights, you are welcome to bring your own astronomical instrument so we can assist you with its use if needed. Various instruments will be available for your use during observation evenings.
We also participate in several national events (such as the Night of the Stars) and organize the Lacapelle-Biron Astronomical Festival with our partners LACHAL ASTRONOMIE and RM2i.
We are interested in solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, and occultations of various astronomical objects, and we will share these with you.
